Teacher Conference Dinner Dessert Request
Wednesday, February 15th
The PTO provides the teacher's dinner on conference nights but we request that parents help out providing desserts and drinks. Please consider signing up to bring in a dessert (preferably homemade) or drinks. Please drop off your treat to the front office by 3:45pm. You can sign up here.
Family Bingo Night
Friday, March 3rd 6:30-8PM
This fun night is open to Tyler Run families. Game cards are free and we will be playing for lots of prizes. Pizza & Snacks available for purchase. There was an RSVP form sent home with your student, please return by Thursday, February 23rd. Form also available under event information.
Bingo Prize Donations
We always need help with our prize table. If you have a new item ($20 or less) please consider donating it! Just drop it off at the office by February 28th. The ideal prizes are kids toys, games, books, pens, etc.

Buffalo Wild Wings on Sawmill is supporting Tyler Run Elementary by hosting a MONTH-long restaurant fundraiser. Anytime you eat in or take out from Buffalo Wild Wings be sure to say that you are with “Home Team Advantage – Tyler Run” and they will donate a portion of your sale straight back to TRES.

Tyler Run has over 600 students this year. The PTO is a small group of people who want to help our students and school. We are ALWAYS looking for volunteers. Give an hour, give a year, just give what you can - we will take it. Each year we have many events that need a chaiperson, co-chairs, committee members and day of volunteers. We are filling the 2017-2018 committies now. If you want to help but don't know how? We appreciate everyone who volunteered, donated, bid, and atteneded the Walk-A-Thon and Fall Festival - It was a HUGE success! This year we raised over $37,000 from the teacher raffle baskets, walk-a-thon family pledges, fall festival tickets, live auctions and silent auction. Our students will greatly benefit from our schools fundraising efforts! This year your funds have helped with Field Trips and new technology purchases. They will also be paying for the upcoming COSI on Wheels.

- You will need to click “Register” in order to log in and access any directory & class list information beyond the main screen.
- You will need the “secret code” to complete your registration. You can find this in your PTO materials sent home or contact the webmaster at email@example.com for information.
- If you are already registered and signed up from last year, you still must go in and UPDATE your child’s current teacher for this year.
- The printed directory deadline has passed but you can always go into your directory information and update any personal information that changes.
